Without a plan, an organization is read-only. It keeps its records, its exports and its public pages. It cannot record anything new until a plan is active. Nothing is deleted.

Athletes
One seat is one athlete, across every club, sport and season they play. It is theirs, and it does not end when they change teams.
More than one athlete? Every additional athlete costs less: the next 2 at $6.99 each, then 5 at $1.99 each. A household of four is $30.96 on Athlete and $63.96 on Athlete Pro, up to 8 seats.
Which side am I on? A Club plan records the games you run. An athlete seat is the only thing that pulls in stats another club recorded, whether a school team or a travel club, and keeps them in one record that follows your athlete. If you track your own games and nobody else tracks them for you, buy a Club plan; you do not need this.

What exactly is a seat?
On the club side, one seat is one team, with unlimited players on it. On the athlete side, one seat is one player, across unlimited teams. That is the whole fence. We never charge by roster size.
What does Pro add?
Depth. Base tiers own the record; Pro tiers develop it with performance analysis, the coaching library, and AI written from your own statistics. Standard reports are included on every plan in all sports.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
The organization goes read-only. Nothing is deleted. You keep reading your records, exporting and printing them, and your public pages stay up; you cannot record anything new until a plan is active again. Export and print are available on every plan, so a season can be taken out at any time.
