Public Pages and Sharing
One address for every team, athlete and game.
Showing exactly what you choose.
Every record in Drabble™ can have a public page at its own @handle. It opens without an account, carries your colors and logo, and shows only the sections you turn on.
A page for everything
The club, each team, every athlete, every game.
Organizations, teams, coaches, athletes, series and tournaments each get a page. Each game gets one too, live while it is played.
Your brand
It looks like your club, not like us.
Set an accent color, a logo, a banner image, a tagline, a short bio and a link to your own website. A team can carry the club’s color or its own.
Your sections
Turn on what belongs there, in the order you want.
Schedule, record, roster, leaders, staff, career stats, an about section and more. Leave a section off and it simply isn’t there. A page with nothing turned on shows the brand and nothing else.
- Achievements list facts, such as personal bests and a coach’s 50th win. Nothing is awarded and nobody is ranked against anyone else
- A tournament page shows the standings and every game
Game pages
The link a parent actually sends.
While a game is on, its page updates the score and play-by-play in place. Afterwards it holds the final, the box score and the photos attached to each play. It opens on any phone with no sign-in, which is the whole point of sending it to the family group.
Who sees what
One page. A different view for each audience.
Every page can be visible to the public or hidden. On top of that, access passes give named audiences more than the public sees, at the same address, with their own code.
The public
The schedule and the results
What anyone gets with no code at all. You decide, record by record, and set a default for each kind of record.
A grandparent
Photos and video too
A pass that opens the photos and video section, and nothing a stranger shouldn’t see.
A recruiter
The full performance detail
A pass with results and performance at full depth, set to expire when the recruiting window closes.
Access passes
Decide exactly what each pass opens.
A pass covers six areas: identity, schedule, results, performance, photos and video, and about. Each one opens as a summary or in full detail. Turn a pass off, change its code or let it expire, and access ends on the next page load.
- Preview your own page as any audience, the public included, before you share it
- See which codes were used and from how many different places, the only sign that a code has been passed on
- A pass widens which sections show. It never reveals an athlete whose own page is hidden
Built for kids’ records
Some things are never public.
Guardian and contact details never appear on any public page, share link or recap, and there is no setting that would put them there. On a game page, an athlete whose own page is hidden appears by jersey number, not by name.
Photos and video
Pictures that land on the play they show.
Every game, team, athlete and coach has its own media library, and each one follows that record’s visibility.
Reviewed first
Nothing goes public until someone approves it.
Every photo and clip starts as pending. A reviewer approves, declines or reports it, and only approved items appear anywhere public. Caption, tags and the play it belongs to carry through the approval.
- Photos and video attached to the exact play, so the play-by-play is illustrated
- Invite named parents to send in what they shot, each with a personal link, and they can withdraw what they sent (Club Pro and Athlete Pro)
- A portrait history for each athlete and coach that never appears in public galleries
Following
Keep up with the teams and athletes you care about.
Follow any page you can see. Your feed collects final scores, live games, recaps and new photos from all of them.
Private to you
Your follow list is yours alone. Your club can’t see it, and it comes with you across every club you belong to.
Named lists
Group follows into lists such as “Recruiting” or “District opponents” and read the feed one list at a time.
A club watchlist
Administrators keep a shared list of opponents and partners that every member can read. Following never grants access to anything.
A digest, not a flood
Choose scores and recaps, everything, or nothing for each follow, delivered as one digest rather than a ping per update.
Page traffic
Know who is looking, without watching anyone.
A traffic report shows the club how many real visits its pages get, the trend over time and the sites people came from. Automated traffic and your own members are left out, repeat views within half an hour count once, and no IP addresses are recorded.
Give your team a page worth sending.
Public pages for the team, the organization and every player are included on every plan.
